I stand before you tonight, and I reckon tonight is indeed a great night.
Tonight I want to convey special greetings from the continent of Africa to the True Family and to the grandchildren of our Holy Mother Han. I also want to extend special greetings to all of you, very special people indeed, who are gathered here tonight.
About two days ago we attended a very special conference. The conference enlightened us in a very big way. It was about the epic history of the Han people.
In the conference I could visualize the transfer of God’s choice of Israel to choosing Korea as the Holy Land.
And that was prompted by the teaching we received about the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, which was proclaimed in 1954 by True Father.
In 1954 True Father prophesied that all nations would be coming to Korea, to see various and massive tourism projects in Korea.
In the past, people of all nations were going to Israel to witness the massive projects that had been started by Jesus Christ, but the people of Israel in that time did not recognize him as the only begotten Son of God. Instead, they killed him.
Instead of that, they were supposed to actually give him a Nobel Peace Prize, he should have been a Nobel laureate. They should have given him an Oscar.
The same with Mother Moon, for what she has contributed already to this nation of Korea, and beyond the nation of Korea to the world at large.
She has invested so much in the nation of Korea. It is through her sweat, through her works, through her intelligence that she invested a lot in Korea, to the point that Korea should have given her a Nobel Peace Prize. And also the United Nations and all of us actually owe her, they should give her a Nobel Peace Prize for the contribution she has made because she has worked harder than even the United Nations. And here in Korea, Mother Moon and Father Moon have worked much harder than even the presidents that have served in this country.
Lastly, we met True Mother at the detention center yesterday, and when we went there, I saw the image of Jesus Christ. I saw the image of Christ because of what Jesus said when he was on the cross, when they crucified Him. I think the people who crucified Jesus Christ were “joy robbers.” I call them joy robbers. They don’t want to see people happy, they want to see people crying and worried and devastated.
Now, Jesus Christ, when He was crucified, he said, “Forgive them because they know not what they do.” And when we saw Holy Mother Han yesterday, she was in the same spirit to say, “Because they know not what they do.”
And today, tonight, I want to say, I want to commit myself to really go back to Africa and tell every sector of the African people about the epic history of the Han people—the importance of Korea—that the Korean nation is a chosen land of God.
