Warm New Year’s greetings to you all.
As we welcomed the new year, brothers and sisters around the world came together for the New Year Prayer Gathering, centering on Heavenly Parent and True Parents. Amid that tremendous grace, we
set forth with renewed determination for 2026. Guided by the words and songs of the Inheritors
of Heaven’s Love and Blessing, the global family became one—offering the year to Heavenly
Parent and embracing new hope as we entered the new year.
Through this prayer gathering, we were reminded once again that we must become ever more united with True Parents for the settlement of Cheon Il Guk. We engraved in our hearts the teaching that we must live with the same will, thought, heart, and purpose as True Parents, showing the world the model
of true families filled with true love—families whose fragrance draws others near. We also renewed our awareness of the responsibility we have, as blessed families, to fulfill the mission of witnessing and bringing people to the Blessing in the providential era following the dedication of
Cheon Won Gung and the Cheon Il Sanctum.
Personally, I used this time to reflect on my shortcomings, to repent deeply, and to renew my resolve to stand responsibly facing the providence ahead. In prayer, I recalled True Mother’s repeated words over the years, “The chosen people must fulfill their responsibility. The fate of a failed chosen people is miserable.” I also felt strongly that we must change—for without change, neither the salvation of the world nor our own growth can be successfully achieved.
From a providential perspective, our repentance is not limited to the providence in recent times, but also reaches back into the past, extending to the national responsibilities we have not fully borne, including our mission as heavenly tribal messiahs. True Parents have triumphed through the eight vertical and horizontal stages and bequeathed that victorious authority to us in the form of the heavenly tribal messiah mission. As True Father said, “The path of the tribal messiah is a destiny,” this mission is unavoidable. In his final prayer, True Father expressed his desire that all blessed families achieve victory as tribal messiahs and connect that victory to their nation.
Now, we are being registered before Heaven as Cheonbo families, and striving to fulfill our
mission of guiding spiritual children to the Blessing. True Parents have said, “The victories
of the tribal messiahs must be horizontally connected to save the nation. Therefore, the end
goal of the tribal messiah mission is not merely the tribe but the nation.” On this foundation,
Heaven’s providence calls us to convey Heavenly Parent’s Word to one-third of humanity and
advance toward a heavenly unified Korea and a heavenly unified world.
True Mother has reminded us, “The Creator’s dream was to live on earth as True Parents,
embracing all the world’s children. The dedication of Cheon Won Gung was a crucial step toward
realizing that dream. Now is the era when the Creator, Heavenly Parent, dwells in substance
with those children in love. Humanity must move forward as one family. Let us work diligently in
each region, witnessing and spreading the Word.” And finally, she encouraged us powerfully, “Let
us labor together! Victory is always on Heaven’s side!” True Mother, with unwavering conviction
that, “in time, the truth will surely be revealed,” continues on the path of sacrifice, enduring with
layer upon layer of patience. As this fallen world reaches its limits and the time draws near when
the truth will be revealed to all, we must fulfill our portion of responsibility and achieve victory
in witnessing and in the Blessing.
Until now, we have offered tears of repentance and devotion. Upon that foundation, it is now
time to bear the tangible fruits of witnessing and the Blessing. Let us transform all sorrow and
repentance into a firm resolve for victory, so that 2026 may truly be a year in which we, as Heaven’s
chosen people and blessed families, offer victory before Heaven.
Our hope is True Mother, and the ones who are being called to take up her path of the Will are the
Inheritors of Heaven’s Love and Blessing. Though the path until now has not been easy, I am certain
that if we move forward in complete unity with True Mother in 2026, victory is assured.
As we greet the new year, let us renew our hearts, be filled with hope and resolve, and
dedicate ourselves so that through victory and substantial results, we may bring joy to Heavenly
Parent and True Parents. May Heaven’s blessings be with all members around the world.
