Doo Seung-yeon, Director-General, World Mission Headquarters

Dear esteemed leaders of Cheon Il Guk, beloved blessed families and members around the world‒greetings to you all.

My name is Doo Seung-Yeon. On August 15, True Parents entrusted me with a new providential responsibility, and I now take office as the Director-General of the World Mission Headquarters.
On this precious and grace-filled Sunday morning, I am truly grateful to offer praise and glory to our Heavenly Parent and the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind‒especially to Holy Mother Han, the Only Begotten Daughter‒together with all of you, esteemed leaders and beloved members. Above all, let us give a heartfelt round of applause to Holy Mother Han, True Mother, who has graciously called us all to gather here today.
In truth, today’s service is not simply to report my inauguration as Director-General of the World Mission Headquarters. Rather, its purpose is to convey the providential meaning of a new providential plan and structure centered on Holy Mother Han, True Mother.

What Is the Providence We Aim For?
Dear esteemed elders, Cheon Il Guk leaders, blessed families, and beloved members, after every major gathering, True Parents have always held a victory celebration and proclaimed “Eokmansei!”‒not merely as a slogan, but as a spiritual confession and a hymn of triumph offered before Heaven.
We cannot fully comprehend the entirety of True Parents’ providence. Yet, just as children trust their parents within the family, our absolute faith and confession of love toward True Parents have steadfastly sustained us. This invisible yet unmistakable trust is the very force that binds our community together, fortifies its strength, and propels us forward along the path of the providence.
However, unlike the ordinary affairs of a household, the providence of our Heavenly Parent is a grand and majestic plan that governs the world and the universe. Therefore, the blessed family community must have a clear understanding of the heart of this providence. Only then can we truly perceive where we stand today and the direction in which we must move forward.
The life of True Parents cannot be understood apart from the “Will” and the “Providence.” The “Will” spoken of in their words refers to the Will of our Heavenly Parent, whose essence lies in fulfilling the purpose of creation and realizing the ideal of creation. The “Providence” is the unfolding of Heavenly Parent’s work to accomplish that Will, with the ultimate aim being the completion of love-centered families and the realization of one global family under God.

The Advancement of the Providence
Dear esteemed elders, leaders, and beloved members,
We have rejoiced in the providential victories of True Parents with the resounding cheer of “Eokmansei!” Yet, as we walk the path of providence, we must ask ourselves a vital question: Is Heavenly Parent’s providence simply about outward “growth,” or does it call for growth through inward “development”?
By definition, external growth refers to quantitative expansion‒like a tree growing taller or a body becoming larger. No matter how tall a pine tree grows, it remains a pine tree. No matter how much a tiger eats, it only increases in size. In contrast, internal advancement signifies qualitative transformation‒progressing toward a better, higher state. It is like a caterpillar that once fed on leaves, entering the stillness of the chrysalis stage, and emerging as a beautiful butterfly soaring through the sky. This is a dramatic rebirth into an entirely new dimension of existence.
The providence of our Heavenly Parent has followed this path of internal advancement. One example from True Parents’ teachings is the progression from individual perfection to family perfection, then to societal perfection, and ultimately advancement to the level of nation and that of heaven and earth. This is not mere external growth, but growth rooted in internal transformation. Throughout the long history of providence, we have not merely expanded in size‒we have made remarkable leaps that transform the very essence of our being, and we continue to challenge ourselves to realize this transformation.
When True Mother opened the era of Cheon Il Guk, she revealed the sacred name of God as our Creator‒the Heavenly Parent. This divine title serves as the firm foundation for internal advancement. Without a true understanding of our origin, genuine inner development cannot occur. In this new providential transition, the harmony, peace, and unity emphasized by True Mother cannot be realized through the fallen-human perspective of history‒one that is limited to the focus on “Jehovah” in the Old Testament and “Father” in the New Testament.

The Meaning of the “Creator Heavenly Parent”
Historically, politics, economics, religion, and culture have all been predominantly male-centered. Christianity, too, has traditionally presented God solely as “Father.” Yet the conception and birth of life are always accomplished through the mother. The Marriage Supper of the Lamb, which Jesus longed for, as well as the fulfillment of the Heavenly Parent’s ideal of creation, cannot be realized without the Only Begotten Daughter. This is precisely why True Mother emphasized that only when we call the Creator both our Heavenly Father and our Heavenly Mother‒that is, the “Heavenly Parent”‒does the name become complete.
True Mother has revealed the existence of Heavenly Mother, which had been concealed since the Fall. If the Only Begotten Son embodies Heavenly Father, then the Only Begotten Daughter embodies Heavenly Mother. Through this proclamation, she unveiled the very essence of the Principle of Creation. Jesus’ promise to return and establish the Marriage Supper of the Lamb signifies that the ideal of creation can only begin through his holy union with the Only Begotten Daughter.
The male-centered, patriarchal culture that has persisted for thousands of years has been deeply ingrained in our consciousness. To transform this vast historical current, Heavenly Parent, through True Mother, opened the era of Cheon Il Guk and Foundation Day, solemnly declaring that the Creator is indeed Heavenly Parent. Moreover, True Mother’s revelation that she is the Only Begotten Daughter‒the embodiment of Heavenly Mother, “Holy Mother Han”‒is a profound proclamation directly connected to the very essence of the providence. This is not merely a continuation or expansion of the providence; it is its advancement. It represents a dramatic transformation into a qualitatively new form and a leap into an entirely new dimension.

The Era of Holy Mother Han
Beloved brothers and sisters, from this perspective, we are truly living in the era of Holy Mother Han. This sacred name‒Holy Mother Han‒is a new divine title bestowed upon True Mother by Heavenly Parent. It encompasses her many roles, names, achievements, and honors: the Only Begotten Daughter, True Mother, True Parent, True Parent of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind, the substantial Heavenly Mother, the substantial Heavenly Parent, the substantial Holy Spirit, the fulfillment of Heaven’s providence, the culmination of human history, and the dawn of a great new providential narrative. It is the most holy, sacred, and divine name, embracing all these dimensions and merits.
True Mother, Holy Mother Han, was born as the Only Begotten Daughter and attained individual perfection, the perfection of the True Parents, and the perfection of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth, and Humankind. Building on this foundation, she entered the Cheon Won Gung Cheon Il Sanctum this past April, bringing Heaven’s providence and human history to their culmination, and opening wide the gates to a new era of creation.
This new era is one in which Heavenly Parent manifests as the sovereign of this earth. It is an era where Heavenly Parent freely embraces and loves His children. It is a time when the world is being put in order one after the other under Heavenly Parent’s guidance. It is the age of “One Human Family Under Heavenly Parent.”
Thus, True Mother solemnly proclaimed to the world that the gates of Heaven, and gates of the Kingdom of Heaven of Cheon Il Guk have been flung wide open in the name of Holy Mother Han. Today, the second, third, and fourth generations of blessed children‒our Pure Waters‒are living in unity with Heavenly Parent, revealing what life in the Kingdom of Heaven would look like to the world. Isn’t that something to be proud of?
Let us now offer a heartfelt round of applause filled with gratitude and glory to True Mother, who has ushered in the era of Holy Mother Han through the advancement of the providence and a leap into a new dimension.

The Providential Meaning of the Launch of the New Three-Organization System
Respected leaders of Cheon Il Guk and beloved blessed families and members,
Holy Mother Han, True Mother, opened the gates of Cheon Il Guk in 2013 as the Only Begotten Daughter. She bore the profound providential responsibility and mission of entering the Cheon Won Gung Cheonil Sanctum‒the substantial central place of the cosmos‒together with Heavenly Parent by 2025. To this end, she established Cheon Mu Won as the central providential institution, creating the necessary environment to welcome and serve Heavenly Parent on earth. Now, the providence is moving forward into a new era‒an era in which Heavenly Parent directly governs and presides.
In response to this transition, on August 15 (solar calendar), Holy Mother Han solemnly proclaimed the beginning of a new era and a new history. This marked the end of a time when the accomplishments built through the sacrifice and devotion of True Parents were reported to them by their children.
Now, with the entrance into the Cheon Won Gung and as we live substantially attending Heavenly Parent, a new era has begun‒one in which the children, united as one, directly offer the fruits of their victorious efforts to Heavenly Parent and True Parents. In other words, we have moved from an age where as children, we simply received the meals prepared by their parents, to an age where we become mature and grown children who can prepare a sacred meal with sincerity and love for their parents, bringing them much joy.
Through this proclamation, True Mother concludes the Cheon Mu Won system following the Cheon Won Gung Cheonil Sanctum entrance ceremony, and establishes a three-organization system that will allow their children to fully exercise their capabilities and contribute to Cheon Il Guk with autonomy and dedication. This, she has done for the sake of the future of the providence, opening a new providential horizon. It is a remarkable providential achievement and a significant advancement.
Centered on August 15, True Parents restructured the system into three new organizations:
World Mission Headquarters: Responsible for global mission work and outreach
Central Administrative Council: Oversees the administrative operations of the entire organization
Human Resources Development Institute: Prepares and nurtures the next generation
This new structure not only carries the responsibility of expanding the realm of Heavenly Parent’s environment but also entails the sacred duty of faithfully safeguarding the well-being and physical presence of True Mother‒who embodies the substantial Heavenly Parent as the True Parent, and stands as Holy Mother Han, the Only Begotten Daughter and substantial Heavenly Mother.

Inaugural Resolution
Respected and beloved brothers and sisters, the reason I stand before you today is because I have received a heavenly calling‒to faithfully attend Heavenly Parent and True Mother during this solemn time, and to serve the community of the Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community. It is with humility and devotion that I begin this mission.
Over the past 40 years of walking the path of faith, I have witnessed countless joys and sorrows within our church. I remember the history of our community, which has endured extreme trials and continued to grow. I will never forget the members who, united absolutely with True Parents, stood firm and turned hardship into victory time and again. I take this moment to express my deepest gratitude for your tireless efforts and dedication.
From the humble cardboard and mud-walled homes of Beomnaetgol in the early days to the great foundation we stand upon today‒it was all made possible by your unwavering and beautiful faith in Heavenly Parent and True Parents. True Mother declared long ago her vision to build a Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community that overflows with love, rooted in spirit and truth.
Indeed, our faith is one of spirit and truth. The love that springs from spirit and truth is the “true love” that True Parents have sought to pass on to us. Because of spirit and truth, even atop cardboard walls, new sprouts of hope emerged. Even in the darkest trials, a ray of light shone through. And among our members who have lived with spirit and truth, the bond of love has united us as one family.
What is the greatest thing we have done in our life of faith? t is that we have held absolute faith in True Parents. We have followed their teachings and practiced a life of living for the sake of others in society. Even when our pockets were empty, we offered our bodies in sacrifice and service. We have empathized with the suffering of our people and taken the reunification of North and South Korea as our sacred mission. We have led global movements to restore the value of the family, which has been crumbling. We have worked for religious harmony to heal the peace shattered by interfaith conflict. We have poured our hearts into helping nations and people suffering from hunger. And our efforts to address the environmental crises afflicting the planet continue to this day.
Beyond that, in education, the arts, and science, we have practiced True Parents’ teachings for the sake of humanity. Not for personal wealth or glory, not even for our own children. Certainly not for the benefit of any organization. The path we have walked with True Parents is a path of sacrifice‒a life lived for the sake of others, completely different from the way of the world. This is our true value. And this is why, in this solemn time, we can stand with absolute confidence in the face of any challenge to our faith. Brothers and sisters, thank you. I am deeply grateful. With all my heart‒I love you!

The Role of a Bridge
Beloved brothers and sisters, this past January, True Mother was admitted to the emergency room immediately upon arriving in Las Vegas due to an intense overseas tour schedule. At that time, over a thousand members had gathered at Hanhwa Gung to see her, while her condition in the hospital was extremely serious. Although the doctors strongly advised against her discharge, True Mother insisted, saying, “I must meet the children who have come from afar to see me.”
All of us, myself included, pleaded with her to stay and rest. But True Mother remained firm: “Even if I die on stage, I must meet the children who came from far away.” I knelt on the hospital floor, tears streaming down my face, and earnestly begged her:“True Mother, the thousand members gathered at Hanhwa Gung are precious, but aren’t the billions of children around the world even more precious? Only if you are healthy can you share your love with those thousand members.”
Moved by our heartfelt pleas, True Mother devoted herself to treatment and, within just one week, recovered and was discharged. I will never forget that moment‒it revealed the depth of True Mother’s love for her children. I have witnessed her boundless love for her children and members countless times. That is why I clearly understand the mission entrusted to me.
I will faithfully fulfill the role of a bridge‒purely and unwaveringly conveying True Mother’s will to the blessed families and brothers and sisters. Let us restore trust and love among one another, experience the values of true love and true family within our community first, and together build a vision that can testify to these values in society.
In response to True Mother’s call to return to spirit and truth, I will uphold the values and mission of the Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community. Three years ago, True Mother likened us to “home rabbits,” which is a Korean saying for those closest to oneself, saying, “Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community must first become a community overflowing with love. From now on, I must care for our home rabbits, our beloved members.” I will fulfill this message with sincerity.
Especially, True Mother’s recent emphasis‒ “Those who bring harmony, those who make peace, are the ones needed in this era”‒refers to those who practice love among brothers and sisters within the Heavenly Parent’s Holy Community. This path is not one that can be walked alone, no matter how strong one’s will may be. It is only possible when each of us helps and uplifts one another, practicing true love together.
Without the wisdom of our elders, the dedication of our peers, and the passion of our younger members, we cannot take even a single step forward. Please, let us join hands and overcome this crisis together, and boldly open the new era of hope, a new page in history, and the age of Cheon Il Guk that True Mother dreams of. I ask for your support.
I ask all of you, to please help me! If you agree to walk this path together, please offer a resounding round of applause as a promise before True Mother.
Once again, we offer boundless gratitude, praise, and glory to Holy Mother Han, True Mother, for proclaiming the beginning of a new era and a new page in history.
Let us all fulfill our responsibility as true children of Cheon Il Guk‒supporting one another, fostering harmony through true love, and bringing peace to the world.
To our esteemed elders, leaders, and blessed family members who serve with faith, obedience, and sincerity‒thank you always. May your lives be filled with harmony and peace through the grace and love of our Heavenly Parent and True Parents.
Thank you.
