A Time of Gratitude and Renewed Commitment on
the First Anniversary of the Blessing
To commemorate the first anniversary of the Blessing of 5,000 Couples in the Democratic Republic of
the Congo, nationwide celebratory events were held from April 7 to the 12. A commemorative event too place in Kinshasa, where participants shared testimonies and reflected on the meaning and value of the Blessing. Participants pledged to become exemplary blessed families attending our Heavenly Parent.
During the event period, spiritual education seminars were held in Kisangani, Kinshasa, and Kikwit, featuring in-depth discussions on the theme of purity, true love, and the Blessing. Community outreach activities also took place in various regions. In Muanda, participants promoted healthy living and community spirit by a health walk, while in Lubumbashi, a visit to an orphanage was an opportunity to practice the values of service and compassion for a local community. Thus, these young people, aware of their responsibilities and engaged in constructive and transformative activities, continue to develop their capacity to realize the ideal of one family of humankind under Heavenly Parent.
