Community Harmony through Culture
The New Jersey Family Church and the local Japanese community held their annual summer harvest festival in Clifton on August 15.
More than 200 members, guests and local residents—including neighbors living near the church—enjoyed Japanese Bon Odori dancing, calligraphy, Japanese food and other cultural activities.
Through sharing Japanese culture in a welcoming community atmosphere, participants experienced how different backgrounds can come together as one global family under Heavenly Parent.
