“Pure Water Assembly 2026” concluded its 14-day journey, with participants reflecting on the experiences and connections they had shared throughout the program. They reaffirmed their identity as children of Heavenly Parent and resolved to carry the love and lessons they had received back to their respective communities.
The closing ceremony began at 1:30 p.m. with preparatory praise songs by the participants. This was followed by a prayer of gratitude offered by Kobori Kunika of the Education Department of the Human Resources Development Institute, an offering of flowers, and the screening of a commemorative video highlighting the 14-day journey.
During the sharing of reflections, Bold Enkhjargal, a participant from Mongolia representing Heavenly Asia-Pacific, and Jeong Won-da of Heavenly Korea took the stage. Bold shared that the Assembly had given him an opportunity to rediscover his identity and responsibility as a child of Heavenly Parent and a second-generation Blessed Family member, expressing his determination to become a “Pure Water” who carries the love he received back to Mongolia. Jeong reflected on how participants from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds had grown into one family over the course of the 14 days, saying that the experience helped her realize the preciousness of her brothers and sisters around the world. She also expressed her resolve to share the love she had received with others and continue growing on a path of public service.
Missionary Moon Shin-heung then delivered words of encouragement to the participants. “Even if you forget everything else, please remember this one thing,” he said, emphasizing that every participant is a precious and valued child of Heavenly Parent. He encouraged them to remember that they are never alone, even when facing difficulties and growing pains, and to move forward confidently together with the brothers and sisters from around the world whom they had met through the Assembly.
Chairman Doh Hyun-seop of the Human Resources Development Institute presented graduation certificates to representative participants from the seven continents and reflected on the meaning of the past 14 days. He described the Assembly as a time of growth through “good words, good experiences, and good people,” emphasizing that what participants experienced during the program should continue through concrete actions in their everyday lives.
In particular, he encouraged participants to practice small acts in their daily lives by “greeting others first, caring for others first, loving first, and reaching out first,” and urged them to continue sharing love as Pure Water after returning to their respective countries and communities.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, all participants joined together in singing the official theme song of Pure Water Assembly 2026. Having spent 14 days together beyond differences in language and culture, the participants united their hearts through song, expressing their gratitude to one another and their love for True Mother.
The ceremony continued with the Three Cheers of Eok Mansei, Gyeongbae, and a commemorative photo, bringing all official activities of the 14-day program to a close.
Hosted by the Human Resources Development Institute, this year’s Assembly brought together approximately 650 young people from 46 countries around the world in Korea for 14 days of learning, fellowship, and the sharing of diverse cultures and faith. Through the experience of connecting as one family beyond nationality and language, participants reaffirmed their identity and role as Pure Water. They concluded the Assembly with a renewed determination to carry the experiences they had gained into their respective countries and communities as they embarked on a new beginning.
