A special 13-day period of devotions for Cheon Il Guk Leaders was held at the HJ Heaven and Earth Cheonbo Training Center from September 10 to 19, 2025 (7.19–28 in the 13th year of Cheon Il Guk).
More than 900 Cheon Il Guk leaders from around the world gathered to offer sincere devotions centered on harmony and peace, marking the beginning of a new era and new history.
On August 15, True Mother proclaimed the dawn of a new era and new history, opening a new providential horizon centered on the Entrance Ceremony of the Cheonil Sanctum at Cheon Won Gung. She continued, “What is needed in this age is those who can bring harmony and peace,” and called upon the entire Unification Family to achieve unity and harmony. This period of special devotions was a time to reflect deeply on Mother’s words and renew our resolve to move forward strongly into the new era.
On the opening day, participants headed to the Main Hall of the training center after registration and dinner. As the devout praise songs offered by the spiritual growth trainees filled the hall, the leaders united in their determination for the new era.
World Mission Headquarters Secretary-General Seo In-guk conveyed the significance of this period of devotions, reminding participants that it constituted the first steps toward the new era. FFWPU Heavenly Korea President Song Yong-cheon offered a heartfelt prayer calling for an end to the age of division and conflict and for the beginning of a new era centered on harmony and peace. He prayed that leaders would be fully armed with Heaven’s great authority and true love, reborn as responsible stewards of Cheon Il Guk’s future.
On that day, World Mission Headquarters Director-General Doo Seung-yeon emphasized that welcoming True Parents into our families and churches, and living in harmony and peace with our brothers and sisters, marks the beginning of the new era. He added that living in harmony is the very foundation of Cheon Il Guk which will endure for a long time.

What is the current responsibility of our blessed families who are living in the Cheon Il Guk era, the time for the completion of God’s providence? The Creator, the center of the universe, had a dream. God created the natural world, and finally created the first man and woman in the divine image, giving them a growing period, a span of time during which they should mature.
For 6,000 years, human history has seen a constant cycle of war and conflict. Through human ignorance, even this beautiful planet Earth—which Heavenly Parent created for us—is being destroyed. Scientists are saying that at this rate there is little hope for the future of humanity or for the future of our planet Earth.

A Journey of Devotions – Lectures, Testimonies and Relay Prayers
D uring the period of devotions, participants revisited True Parents’ life and vision through lectures on True Parent’s Life Course and Chambumo Ron, and held continental group meetings to share and discuss providential updates.
In his Chambumo Ron lecture, Professor Ju Jae-wan of Sun Moon University emphasized that this is the time to complete Cheon Il Guk centered on Holy Mother Han. He called on leaders to unite with True Parents through lives of filial piety and patriotism.
During focused prayer sessions, leaders joined together to sing “Fight Song of the Will” and offered relay representative prayers.
In his lecture on prayer, Hwang Young-won from the HJ Heaven and Earth Cheonbo Training Center shared that harmony and peace are not merely a path toward internal tranquility but also a way to reveal True Parents’ life and true love to the world. He stressed that our leaders must inherit the heart of Heaven and live in oneness with True Parents.
During the hyojeong testimony sessions, participants shared personal experiences and resolutions. North Seoul District Leader Ok Yun-ho emphasized that the driving force for transformation is the burning desire for true love, and expressed hope that this period of devotions would lead to deeper roots of faith centered on Heavenly Parent.
Finishing the Period of Special Devotions
