Lighting Candles of Peace Across Faiths
The Korea Religions Association and Korean Clergy Leadership Conference held an Interreligious Peace Prayer Meeting to comfort the victims of the devastating flood in Nepal and support recovery efforts. Leaders representing seven major faith traditions lit candles of peace in memory of the victims and presented donations for flood recovery. Director of the Institute for the Chosen Han People of Korea Mr. Hwangbo Guk testified to True Mother’s life in God’s providence, emphasizing the responsibility of a chosen people. Participants expressed their support for True Mother’s vision for peace and resolved to take the lead in advancing harmony among all people.
