Deepening Bonds of Faith in Nature
From September 18 to 20 at the Holmes Camp & Retreat Center, Queens Family Church in New York held its first community retreat in several years.
Participants enjoyed hiking, boating, games, and conversing around a campfire, strengthening friendships across generations while refreshing themselves in nature.
Following a Sunday service on spiritual freedom and valuing life’s precious moments, participants created framed inspirational quotations to encourage them on their journey.
The retreat offered a welcome opportunity to reconnect, renew determination, and move forward together.
